How to update the site

How to update the site
  1. Post the fields
    Tenmile Youth Soccer Club → Fields → open a field → status, the reason, the time you are posting → Update. Do all ten by 2 p.m. (7 a.m. on Saturdays). The home page, the strip on every page and the field text read it.
  2. Text the field list
    Tenmile Youth Soccer Club → Field texts: the message is prefilled from the closed fields; see who gets it, press Send. In this demonstration nothing is sent; on a real site this is where the rainout text goes out.
  3. Open the next registration
    Tenmile Youth Soccer Club → Registration windows → Add New: the program, opens and closes to the minute, a note. The buttons, the headline and the strip follow the clock; nothing to switch on the day.
  4. Change a fee or the aid line
    Tenmile Youth Soccer Club → Programs → open it → fee, half fee, plan, what the fee pays for → Update. Half and plan show next to the fee; full aid is always $0.
  5. Update cleared coaches
    Tenmile Youth Soccer Club → Teams → the age group → coaches cleared → Update. The Coaches page and the home card change at once. Never a name.
  6. Add a sponsor
    Tenmile Youth Soccer Club → Sponsors → Add New: the name as it should appear, the tier, which field or team. It lists under its tier on the Sponsors page.
  7. Report a number
    Tenmile Youth Soccer Club → Numbers → Add New: the number as shown, and the sentence that says how it was counted. No method, no number.
  8. Publish a new Form 990
    Media → Add New and upload the PDF. Then Tenmile Youth Soccer Club → Financial documents → Add New, choose the file, the fiscal year and the kind, and Publish. The three newest 990s are listed by themselves.
  9. Send year-end giving statements
    Tenmile Youth Soccer Club → Year-end statements → look at donors marked Fix or Check, add checks and stock under "Gifts entered by hand", preview a statement, then Send. In this demonstration nothing is sent.
